Immunization Requirements

All children must have up-to-date immunizations before the first day of school. Medical exemptions require approval from a licensed physician.

Nut-Free Campus

No peanuts, tree nuts, or nut-based products allowed. All staff are trained in allergy response and emergency procedures.

Daily Sanitization

All classrooms undergo daily sanitization of toys and surfaces. Emergency exits and safety protocols are clearly outlined for all staff.

Illness Policy

Children must stay home with fever (100.4°F/38°C+), vomiting, diarrhea, unexplained rash, or contagious illness. Doctor's note required for 3+ day absences.

Medication Policy

Prescription medication requires authorization form. All medication must be in original packaging and handed directly to teachers.

Nutrition & Food Safety

School provides nutritious meals following USDA guidelines. Parents must disclose food allergies during enrollment.

Flexible payment plans to accommodate families' needs

Class Level Annual Tuition Monthly Plan (10 payments)
Toddler Class (18m-3y) R 12,000 R 1,000 per month
Preschool Class (3-4y) R 10,200 R 850 per month
Tuition due on the 7th of each month for monthly plans

Additional Fees

  • Registration Fee: R 1,000 (non-refundable, due upon acceptance)
  • Late Payment Fee: R 50 if tuition not received by the 7th
  • Late Pick-Up Fee: Applied after 4:30 PM

After Care Program

  • One day: R 150.00
  • After school (4:00-6:00 PM): R 50.00
  • Holiday care: R 350.00

Sibling Discount

10%

Families enrolling more than one child receive a 10% discount on the second child's tuition

We recognize parents as a child's first and most important teachers

Classroom Involvement

Parents can participate as guest readers, share special skills (music, cooking, art), or assist with art and science projects.
